These Terms of Service apply to your use of heatnestgear.com and any purchase you make from HeatNest ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Shipping and Returns

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Delivery times, returns and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Product Information

We work to describe our products accurately, but sizes, colors and measurements can vary slightly. If an item arrives different from how we described it, contact us and we will make it right under our Refund Policy.

Safe Use of Heated Apparel

Our heated jackets are powered by a USB power bank. To use them safely: follow the care and use instructions that come with the product; do not use a jacket that is damaged, wet at the heating or battery connection, or has exposed wiring; do not sleep while wearing a powered jacket; and do not leave a powered jacket unattended. People who have reduced sensitivity to heat, including from medical conditions, or who use medical devices, should speak with their doctor before using heated clothing. Use a power bank that matches the output the product requires. Stop using the product and contact us if it becomes unusually hot, smells of burning, or stops working normally.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeatNest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to HeatNest or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, is the one that applies.
