Sizing
What size should I order?
The jacket runs small because it is cut to Asian sizing. Order one size up from your usual US size, or two sizes up if you plan to layer underneath. Compare the chart on the product page against a jacket you already own.
What if it does not fit?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a different size at no extra charge. You send the original jacket back at your own cost, and we ship the replacement as soon as your return shows as in transit.
Power and heat
Does it come with a power bank?
No. The jacket has a built-in USB connector in the inside pocket and works with a standard 5V/2A USB power bank. We recommend 10,000mAh or larger. Use one you already own or buy any brand.
How long does the heat last?
Run time depends on the heat level you choose, the outside temperature and the capacity of your power bank. Lower heat levels use less power and run longer, and a larger power bank runs longer. For a full day outside, bring a larger power bank or a spare.
How hot does it get?
There are three heat levels, selected with the button on the chest. The approximate temperatures are about 25°C / 77°F on low, about 35°C / 95°F on medium and about 45°C / 113°F on high. You should feel warmth within a minute or two.
Where are the heating zones?
There are nine carbon fiber heating zones across the hood, collar, upper back, mid back, lower back and both front hand pockets.
Is it safe to use?
Follow the care and use instructions. Do not use a jacket that is damaged, wet at the heating or battery connection, or has exposed wiring. Do not sleep while wearing a powered jacket or leave it powered and unattended. If you have reduced sensitivity to heat or use a medical device, talk to your doctor before using heated clothing. Stop using it and contact us if it becomes unusually hot, smells of burning, or stops working normally. See our Terms of Service.
Care
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug and remove the power bank, zip the connector into its pocket, machine wash cold on gentle and hang dry. Do not iron or dry clean.
Is it waterproof?
No. The soft shell resists wind and light moisture, but it is not waterproof. Keep the battery connection dry.
Can I remove the hood?
Yes. The hood zips off when you do not need it.
Shipping and returns
How long will delivery take?
Shipping is free. Orders ship from a US warehouse, and most arrive within 5-10 business days of purchase in the contiguous United States. You will get a tracking number by email. We ship to the United States only. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us.
What is your return policy?
If a jacket arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. For a refund on a jacket that simply was not what you wanted, it must be unworn with the original packaging, and you pay the return shipping. Contact us before sending anything back.
