HeatNest sells heated apparel for people who spend long hours in the cold: job sites, deliveries, early shifts, cold garages and yard work. Our first product is the HeatNest Heated Hooded Jacket, a USB-powered jacket with nine heating zones and three heat levels.
What we stand behind
We describe our products as accurately as we can and tell you what to expect. If a jacket does not fit, we will exchange it. If it arrives damaged, defective or not as described, we will replace it or refund you. The details are in our Refund Policy.
Shipping
Orders ship from a warehouse in the United States within 1-2 business days of payment, and delivery usually takes 3-7 business days in the contiguous United States. You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
