Refund policy

If your jacket does not fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a different size at no extra charge. Send the original jacket back to the address below at your own cost, and we will ship the replacement as soon as your return shows as in transit. If your jacket arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. For a refund on a jacket that simply was not what you wanted, it must be unworn with the original packaging, and you pay the return shipping. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.
